LEAD First-Year Leadership Program

Step up and LEAD as one of the first participants in the new leadership program. As part of LEAD, an experiential leadership program for first-year students, they will develop their own leadership skills through reflection and application. LEAD is facilitated by the Leadership Training Coordinator and Leadership & Service Managers. Each meeting will enable students to gain a unique perspective into their values, strengths, and goals. Upon completion of the program, students are better prepared for future leadership opportunities on campus.
