How to sign up for a team sport league, team tournament, or an individual or dual sport tournament:
You can sign up at the front desk of the Involvement Center. There are two different forms (one is for team sports and the other is for individual and dual sports). Just turn your completed roster in to the front desk and then find your tournament or league schedule on the website. For league sports you will have to first attend a mandatory captains meeting before being included in the league schedule.
-
What to do if you don't have a team and signing up individually:
You can register as a Free Agent by stopping in the Involvement Center and writing your name and number down on the Free Agent List. Team captains can look at this list and may call you to pick you up on their team if they need more players. However, there is no guarantee that you will be picked up, so you also might want to ask around to maybe form your own team.
-
When the $10.00 fee applies:

What to do if you can't make a scheduled game:
Please try to find other players to take your place. You are allowed to add as many people to your team as you would like. You may not change a game time. It is your responsibility as a captain to field a legal team for each scheduled game. Failure to do say may result in loss of playoff eligibility or removal from the league.
-
How playoffs are determined:
Playoffs seeds are based on your record, number of forfeits, and sportsmanship. We reserve the right to change the number of teams we take into the playoffs for each sport. Also, you will have a greater chance of making the playoffs as a competitive team and playoff positions will not necessarily be granted proportionally.
-
When you will know if you made the playoffs and how to find out:
Playoffs will be seeded after the entire season is completed (not necessarily right after your last game). Playoff brackets are located on the UWRF Intramurals All-Pro League scheduler website .

Playing on a men's/ women's recreation team and a men's/ women's competitive team:
If you are on a men's or women's recreation team, you cannot play on a men's or women's competitive team in the same sport. If you do so, it will be a forfeit for that team. However, if you are on a co-rec team, you can play on a men's or women's team in the same sport.

What to do if you can't make it to a captain's meeting:
It is mandatory for a representative from your team to be at the captain's meeting. If your team is not present, you will not be added to the schedule. You can always add someone to your roster just to go to the meeting for you as a proxy.
-
How to know when games are rained out or cancelled:
The decision to cancel or postpone a game will be made at 2:00pm that day. If weather is questionable, you should call the Involvement Center at (715)425-4444 after 2:00pm to see if your game is cancelled or postponed. In most cases, games cancelled due to weather will not be made up.
