Track

The 200 Meter indoor track is to be utilized for walking and jogging. The track is a Mondo - 200 Meter Super X Premium. The direction of the track is changed daily; please refer to "Freddy the Falcon" to identify the direction. As a courtesy to slower paced individuals, be considerate of those sharing the track with you and please follow these guidelines:

Lane 1
1 mile 8 Laps Leave open to avoid contact with perimeter net
Lane 2
1 mile 7 3/4 Laps Fast paced runners
Lane 3
1 mile 7 1/2 Laps Fast paced runners
Lane 4
1 mile 7 1/2 Laps Slow paced runners and joggers
Lane 5
1 mile 7 1/4 Laps Slow paced runners and joggers
Lane 6
1 mile 7 Laps Slow paced joggers, walkers, and cool down
