Recognized UWRF Student Organizations or UWRF Departments

If you represent a recognized UWRF student organization or a UWRF department, you work through Campus Reservations and all of the information on the Reservations site pertains to you.

Others, Including Off-Campus Participants

If you are neither a recognized UWRF student organization nor a UWRF department, you can still reserve a room on campus! Please work with Conference and Event Services to help you facilitate all aspects of your event.
