The Room Rental fee for Category 1 and 2 is considered "Standard" and does not include labor for event coverage, special setups or equipment charges.
You can choose to set up the rooms in a non-standard way for a fee. Each of the rooms linked in the Rooms, Spaces, and Fees table has more room set-up information.

Please let us know if you will need a room setup in a different configuration than what is standard. Our customers are not allowed to move furniture in the University Center for
human safety and preservation of equipment reasons. If the furniture is moved for your event, labor fees are applied to your reservation.
Campus Reservations works with these categories
Category 1
- Events sponsored for on-campus community members. The participants at the event will be primarily UWRF students, staff or faculty. Such programs must be deemed as being fully
covered by the university Self Insurance program for liability purposes by the UWRF Risk Management Officer. These events shall be hosted and coordinated by the university
department sponsoring them. All revenues are deposited into university account(s). If fees are charged, they are designed to cover the direct cost of the program only. The
publicity is initiated by the respective university organization or department. All contact information is through the respective university organization or department.
Category 2
- Events sponsored by a UWRF department or recognized student organization where the primary audience is off-campus participants and the event is in alignment with the university and departmental mission.
Reservations for the space needed for these events is handled by the Campus Reservations office.
Once space has been reserved, services and coordination for the event is the responsibility of the Conference and Event Services Department.
A contract fee will be assessed for services provided and appropriate facility use fees will be charged when student funded (PR) space is being used.
If the group will be using tax funded (GPR) spaces on campus there could be some special equipment and/or labor fees incurred by the group.
Please note that any event scheduled within three days (72 hours) of the event happening will incur a $25 late add fee. This applies to events that require special room
setup or audio, visual, or technical equipment in any building on campus.
Definitions
General Program Revenue (GPR) space - the space on campus that is funded by the state of Wisconsin.
Program Revenue (PR) space - the space on campus that is funded by student segregated fees and other outside revenue.
