South Fork Suites
Heat in South Fork Suites is controlled by a thermostat in every kitchen. The blower fan operates
whenever there is a demand for heat or cooling and the outside air temperature shows a need for it. The
fan will turn off when the room temperature setting is reached. The maximum heat setting is 72 degrees.
You may set it lower than that. The lowest cooling setting is 76 degrees. You may set it higher than
that. The fan will not operate between 72 and 76 degrees. It blows air into every room of your suite at
the same temperature so you must agree on one setting for the entire suite.
If you are having problems with your heat or registers, during regular business hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm,
Monday through Friday, contact the
housing@uwrf.edu .
