If you would like to change your fall term meal plan, you may do so online through Friday, September 4, 2009, after this date you will not be able to change meal plans.

The first meal of the fall meal plan is Saturday, August 29, 2009 dinner.

Move In!

Thanksgiving Break

Residence halls remain open. Please inform your Resident Assistant if you plan to stay over break.

Student Affairs offices are closed Thanksgiving and on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

The last meal before Thanksgiving break is Tuesday, November 24, 2009 lunch, and service resumes on Monday, November 30, 2009 breakfast.

End of Fall

Here is some end of term residence hall info.

Are you moving off campus or withdrawing from the university? Please consult your Resident Assistant to make the appropriate arrangements. Checking out improperly can cost you.

Dining Dollars expire at the end of the term. Check your balance, and use them or lose them.

Your Fall semester meal plan will roll over to Spring. You can change your Spring semester meal plan online Monday, November 30, 2009 - Friday, January 29, 2010.

Knowles Center is closed from Tuesday, December 15, 2009 until Tuesday, December 22, 2009.

The last meal of the fall meal plan is Tuesday, December 22, 2009 lunch.

Start of Spring

Residence halls are open for current students any time between fall and spring terms.

If you would like to change your spring term meal plan, you may do so online from Monday, November 30, 2009 through Friday, January 29, 2010.

Housing Sign-up for Fall 2010

On-Campus Students - Room Selection Dates

Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 8:00am through Friday, February 5, 2010: Sign up for your current room.

Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 8:00am: If you have been notified your current room will not be available to you, select and sign up for a new room.

Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 8:00am through Friday, February 12, 2010: Sign up for a room in your current residence hall.

Monday, February 15, 2010 at 8:00am through Friday, February 19, 2010: Current UWRF hall residents may sign up for a space in any residence hall.

Spring Break

Residence halls are open over spring break. Please inform your Resident Assistant with dates you plan to be on campus during the break.

The last meal before spring break is Friday, March 12, 2010 lunch and meal services resume on Monday, March 22, 2010 breakfast.

Mid-Spring

There are no meals available after lunch on Friday, April 2, 2010 and before breakfast on Monday, April 5, 2010. (The last meal is Friday, April 2, 2010 lunch and the first meal is Monday, April 5, 2010 breakfast.)

Knowles Center is closed Sunday, April 12, 2009.

End of Spring

Students living in the residence halls will receive check-out information from their Resident Assistant closer to the end of spring term. There are floor meetings held to help answer students questions regarding express checkouts and moving out of the halls. Plan to attend these meetings.

If you plan on bringing a car to campus in the fall, Public Safety has the parking rules and regulations.

Knowles Center is closed from Tuesday, May 11, 2010 until the first day of Fall 2010 classes.

The last meal of the spring meal plan is Friday, May 14, 2010 lunch.
